Buyers Inspection
At Dynamic Home Inspections, our goal is to provide you with exceptional service through every aspect of the process. All of your inspectors have the utmost integrity and are committed to protecting you and your investment. All of our inspectors are licensed and abide by the Standards of Practices for Florida.
A standard inspection consists of a visual inspection of the different components of a home that we have listed below. Rest assured that if there is a visually detectable problem with these components at the time of the inspection, our inspectors are trained to find it.
Roofing
All home inspections include a visual inspection of the homes roof. Finding issues like cracked shingles, nail pops, damaged or missing flashing, and granular loss are our top priority. We want our clients to be able to make informed conclusions on the remaining life of their roof with the information we provide.
Structural
The structural part of a home inspection includes all visible and accessible parts of the homes structure inside and out. This consists of the attic, crawlspace, and interior/exterior walls, floors, and ceilings.
HVAC
HVAC repairs can be costly; that’s why it’s essential to have a professional opinion on the state of a home’s heating and cooling systems before the closing of your home purchase. Our inspectors will perform a full visual inspection of all visible components to help you make an informed decision.
Electrical
Electrical systems have gone through many changes over the years, increasing safety and efficiency. Many homes will retain their original electrical system long after crucial parts needed replacing, and many will have amateur repairs. Our inspectors know what to look for in any age home.
Plumbing
Plumbing systems are standard home inspection. Your inspector will inspect all visible piping, checking for leaks & corrosion which can lead to leaking and significate damage to your home.
Grounds
The grounds around the house can cause significant damage to the foundation if not sloped and draining correctly. Trees planted to close to the home can create movement within the foundation by uplifting and cracking. Your inspector will inspect these areas to ensure proper drainage and alert you when trees are planted to close or other issues, which may cause damage to your foundation.
We offer several additional services such as Mold Sampling, Thermography/Infrared Scan Inspection, Termite Inspections, Pre-Drywall Inspections, Water Sampling, Structural Inspections, Commercial Inspections, and Pool Inspections.
